I'd give Appliance Guys 10 stars if I could!!  They rescued me from a downed refrigerator, same day service and fixed our GE in less than an our.  No chit chatting about problem solving, just fixed it and flew.  The bill was a very fair and we are chillin' once again!!

This is our go-to business when we need to have our appliances looked at.  They're fast, their work is excellent, and everyone I've ever dealt with (both in person and on the phone) is extremely friendly.  I have absolutely no qualms with recommending Appliance Guys without reservation.

I called yesterday at 4 pm and they were here by noon the next day. extremely professional and very good! Quick and efficient-they diagnosed the problem instantly and fixed it within the 1/2 hour.  I would not hesitate to call these guys again! Outstanding service! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Would definitely recommend. We woke up at 5:30am one weekday to a horrible sound coming from our refrigerator. We called the Appliance Guys before hours, about 6am, and got a call back just before 7am (their business hours start at 8). The dispatcher asked what we were experiencing, noted the make and model of the fridge and said someone would be at our home between 9am-11am. At 9:30 the servicer arrived, was very competent - evaluated and repaired the part on the fridge in about an hour and for $93. He was knowledgeable, courteous and honest. Thanks Appliance Guys!

Fast service, came out the same day I called them. They were very professional and friendly. Got my oven fixed in under $100. I would recommend them to anyone

These guys were great.  Scheduling was easy, they were on time, and only charged me a service call for clearing some pipes in the washing machine.  I'll use them again.

I have used these guys to ward off the inevitable replacement of a few different appliances. They have fixed my 25 year old dryer, my 4 year old refrigerator and helped with two separate 30 yr old  furnace issues. They have a service call charge plus an hourly rate, but they have been really decent about looking everything I am worried about over on one invoice. I always have managed to be seen within an day... bonus on a cold morning!

Excellent Work Our washing machine broke over the weekend. I called Appliance Guys on Monday and they were able to come out the following morning. Just from describing my issue, they were able to correctly able to diagnose the most likely issue and give an estimate. They were on time for the repair in the morning, very professionally dressed, and got to work straight away. The estimate they gave was spot on and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again. Most importantly, they did all of this for about 30% less then Sears repair was offering to do it. A very positive customer experience for me.

I called them for repairs on a washing machine, the technician was able to solve the problem by re-seating the cables which were causing the errors. I was not upsold or advised to buy parts I didn't need. He even mentioned that I could by the parts online at a lesser price if I needed to in the future, and showed me how to do the minor repairs myself.
